PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking support device capable of promptly and appropriately supporting to park a vehicle in an optimal parting position in a parking space. SOLUTION: A travel assist line display processing means 17 which consists of two travel assist lines 20, 21 of a left side travel assist line 20 having a shape corresponding to a shape of a part of a left rear wheel tire locus of one's own vehicle and a right side travel assist line 21 having a shape corresponding to a shape of a part of a right rear wheel tire locus of one's own vehicle, is formed so that a separation distance d between both travel assist lines 20, 21 on a first virtual line L<SB>1(1)</SB>parallel to a vehicle width direction assumed in a position corresponding to the axle of a rear wheel of the own vehicle on a vehicle periphery monitoring image 11 is formed so as to form two travel assist lines 20, 21 to coincide with a width dimension s on the vehicle periphery monitoring image 11 in a parking space.
