The invention relates to a piezoactuator module (3) for an arrangement around which a medium flows, said module comprising an actuator base (5) and an actuator head (4), and at least one piezoactuator (20) made of piezoelements (6) encompassed therebetween, having a protective layer system (24) made of one or more functional layers, wherein one layer is made of an organic, medium-resistant gel (33) or elastomer, having an aggregate (30, 31) improving the blocking effect of the gel (33) or elastomer, at least against components of the medium that are damaging to the piezoactuator (20). The invention further relates to a piezoactuator (20) having a protective layer system (24) comprising at least one functional layer made of an organic medium-resistant gel (33) or elastomer, to which an aggregate (30, 31) is added in order to improve the blocking effect of the gel (33) or elastomer, at least against components of the medium that are damaging to the piezoactuator (20). The invention also provides a method for increasing the barrier effect of a layer of a protective layer system (24) comprising an organic, medium-resistant gel (33) or elastomer, having the following process steps: - adding an aggregate (30, 31) that improves the blocking effect of an organic, medium-resistant gel (33) or elastomer, such as a zeolite-based adsorption agent, to the organic, medium-resistant gel (33) or elastomer, - producing at least one functional layer by coating a piezoactuator (20) with the organic, medium-resistant gel (33) or elastomer to which the aggregate (30, 31) has been added. |
