<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell module capable of advancing its reliability by improving an electrochemical corrosion. <P>SOLUTION: In this structure, the thin film solar cell module is formed on one side of a translucent glass substrate 1, a transparent surface plate 22 is adhered to another side of the translucent glass substrate 1 through a first adhesive agent 21, and a back plate 24 is adhered to the one side through a second adhesive agent 23. A third adhesive agent 25 covers a whole periphery of the side surface of the translucent glass substrate 1, thereby the adhesive agent covers all sides including side surfaces of the transparent substrate to form a structure in which the continuous adhesive agent covers the translucent glass substrate 1, and to prevent moisture from entering the structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
