PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device and spindle device capable of suppressing flowing out of filled grease from a lower side of a grease reservoir part and of achieving a sufficient bearing service life with respect to filling amount of grease filled beforehand. SOLUTION: In the rolling bearing device 100, the annular grease reservoir part 24 for replenishing grease to a rolling bearing 10 is provided adjacent to the rolling bearing 10. The rolling bearing device 100 includes a plurality of partitioning members 30 forming divided reservoir parts 24a-24d obtained by partitioning the annular grease reservoir part 24 in the circumferential direction.
