The disk element (1) has a disk framework (2) inserted into a disk part (3) that is provided at the vehicle. A connecting device (4) is arranged between the disk framework and the disk part and is connected with the disk part. A parting agent (5) is arranged, which is to be carried along front side (6a) of the disk part. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a disk element for installation in rail vehicles; and (2) a separator for a disk element.
