<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process management system that creates a schedule by capturing information on actual work. <P>SOLUTION: The process management system includes a work performance information acquisition means for, when a product is manufactured, acquiring information on resources used for the manufacture and information on work time with the resources as work performance information, and a resource information creation means for creating resource information from the work performance information as a resource use scheduling reference for future manufacture of products that can be manufactured by the same work procedure as the above product.
