PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for discharging rolled paper splicing part with reduced work and improved work efficiency. SOLUTION: The device for discharging rolled paper splicing part for discharging a paper splicing part of rolled paper including the paper splicing part within a specific region from a paper end includes: a driving device 2 for rotating the rolled paper; a sucking and elevating device 3 for detecting and positioning the paper end of the rolled paper placed on the driving device 2 and sucking the vicinity of the paper end to elevate it; a pair of draw-in rollers 4 for drawing-in the paper end sucked by the sucking and elevating device 3 while pinching it; a driving drum 7 for winding a part in a range including the paper splicing part from the paper end of the rolled paper fed by the draw-in rollers 4 around a core 6a; a cutting implement 8 for cutting the rolled paper wound by the core 6a on the downstream side of the paper splicing part; and an adhesion device 9 for adhering the paper end on the core side cut by the cutting implement 8 to the core.
