<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content transfer system for transferring content from a cellular phone to a television receiver only when the receiver has a fucntion for executing the content of the cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: A reception means (CPU 141, reception program, communication unit 11) of a cellular phone 1 receives prescribed equipment information related to a television receiver 2. A determining means (CPU 141, first determining program 143b, second determining program 143c) determines whether or not the receiver 2 to be wirelessly connected to the cellular phone 1 can execute the content of the cellular phone 1.
