PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug-in circuit breaker of high contact reliability with the small number of components, excellent assembling workability, and with a plug-in terminal hardly deformed. SOLUTION: In the plug-in circuit breaker made by screw-connecting a plug-in adapter to a circuit breaker body equipped with a screw-connecting terminal, the plug-in adapter incorporates a plug-in terminal to which either of a plurality of bus bars is plug-in connected and a plug holder mechanically connected with the circuit breaker body in a plug case, with a pair of integrally formed convex parts formed at the plug-in terminal, and a plug-in terminal mounting part made of an opening for supporting the plug-in terminal loosely insertion-coupled with the convex part in free rotation in a direction crossing the bus bars formed at the plug holder, and at the same time, the plug-in terminal and the circuit breaker body are electrically connected by a shunt conductor.
