PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk rotor having a structure capable of easily discharging collected water, and a disk brake device. SOLUTION: The disk rotor 10 is provided with annular sliding members 12, 14, a mounting part 20 formed inside the sliding member 12 and having a mounting face, and a cylindrical member 18 for connecting the sliding member 12 and the mounting part 20.
