PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and convenient tool capable of closely being utilized by average families and community or the like when opening and closing a block of side ditch lid is required, since the block of side ditch lid is heavy and can not be moved because fine gravel or the like enter into gaps of the block, most of the blocks are quite difficult for opening and closing and the works for opening and closing is disliked. SOLUTION: A tool, which is basically utilized with a principle of leverage, is structured by inserting a metal fixture in a narrow space, lifting up a lid by hanging over the bottom of the block and supporting the bottom surface so that the block with a L-shape front edge becomes stable at the time of lifting up.
