PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of positioning accuracy due to positioning processing switching. SOLUTION: A current position is measured, by receiving GPS satellite signals transmitted from a plurality of GPS satellites and performing LS positioning processing by using the least-squares method. It is determined whether the result of the LS positioning processing satisfies the positioning change condition, set beforehand, as a condition for positioning processing change. When it is determined that the result of the positioning processing satisfies the positioning change condition, the LS positioning processing is stopped, the GPS satellite signals transmitted from the plurality of GPS satellites are received, and KF positioning processing that uses a Kalman filter is performed and the current position is measured.
