PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a steel sheet which prevents cracking in a curved surface part even when a steel sheet is laminated and bent, has high molding processability, is excellent in antifouling property and abrasion resistance even in the curved surface part, maintains its performance even after the passage of time and a decorative steel sheet. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet for the steel sheet, at least a primer layer 3 and a surface protection layer 4 are laminated in this order on a substrate 2. The substrate 2 is made of a biaxially oriented polyester film, the primer layer 3 is made of a urethane resin composition, and the surface protection layer 4 is made of a crosslinked, cured ionizing radiation curable resin composition. The ionizing radiation curable resin composition contains an isocyanate curing agent. The decorative steel sheet using the decorative sheet is disclosed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
