<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form keyword registration device and registeration method capable of improving the efficiency of registering a keyword in a form management application from a business application by simply, quickly and accurately registering the keyword when storing a form. <P>SOLUTION: Output target data obtained by enumerating character strings of a data item unit of a form in order, attribute information obtained by associating an attribute item with an attribute value, and a form definition body having at least arrangement information of data items and output mode information are stored, item information obtained by extracting a character string with output target data in a data item unit on the basis of the arrangement information of the form definition body, associating the character sting with an item name and storing the character sting is generated, when the attribute value is a replacement target character string including the item name, the replacement target character string is replaced with a character string of item information corresponding to the item name and is subsequently stored as keyword information, and an electronic document is prepared from the item information on the basis of an output mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
