PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a transfer number to greatly reduce a circuit contract charge, and moreover to restrict an incoming call from a third party without changing a system. SOLUTION: In a system for transferring the incoming call to the transfer number via a telephone network 12 from a sending source X to a transfer destination Z, the transfer destination attached to an identical transfer number is variable in response to the sending source X, so that a plurality of transfer destinations Z are controlled by attaching them to an identical transfer number Y. The sending source number X is recognized from an incoming call to the transfer number Y, the transfer destination Z is extracted based on the recognized sending source number X and the incoming transfer number Y, and the incoming call is transferred to the extracted transfer destination Z.
