PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house in which a member is arranged in accordance with a vertical load to be borne, which suppresses an increase in the number of components, and which can be easily constructed by a small number of workers. SOLUTION: A first vertical member 22a of a first frame 23a, which constitutes an internal party wall 8a for partitioning indoor spaces 7 and 7, is constituted in an L-shape in a longitudinal section view, and composed of two pieces of angle steel 31 with a lip 31a, which are erected by being bent inward at an angle of 90°at each of ends in the L-shape in the longitudinal section view. A second vertical member 22b of a second frame 23b, which constitutes an end party wall 8b serving as an exterior wall of the internal space 7 positioned at a ridge-direction end, is constituted in an L-shape in a longitudinal section view, and composed of one piece of angle steel 41 with a lip 41a, which is erected by being bent inward at an angle of 90°at each of ends in the L-shape in the longitudinal section view.
