PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address emergency supply by stopping automatic supply without providing another switch exclusive for emergency supply. SOLUTION: A bucket storage section 30 removably stores a portable bucket storing tokens. tokens in an upper tank 26 are put out into the bucket 34 in the bucket storage section 30 through a conveyor 28. A control section 80 performs an automatic supply process to supply tokens to the bucket 34 until conditions preset in accordance with the instruction to start automatic supply materialize and a manual supply process to start the supply of tokens to the bucket 34 in accordance with the instruction to start the manual supply process and end the supply of tokens in accordance with the instruction to end the manual supply process. The instructions to start and stop manual supply are given to the control section 80 by the operation of a supply switch 38.
