<p>The invention relates to producing construction materials. The inventive processing plant for producing cement-woodchip boards comprises a transportation system, a control system and a stacking device. The plant also comprises an unbarked wood storage warehouse, a power fork lift truck, a debarker, a wood drying and sugar-evaporating area, a trimming bench, a crushing machine, a woodchip storage hopper, a metering hopper and a cement supply silo. The device comprises containers for mixing a cement woodchip mixture, devices for producing aqueous liquid glass-aluminium solutions, a double distributor for filling the mixture into wood-plastic moulds, a bipositional manipulator for successively displacing and stockpiling the moulds on a pallet and a press for pressing a stock pile. The processing plant is also provided with a chamber for 7-days maturing, an area for 20-days postmaturing and a finished goods warehouse. The invention makes it possible to increase the device efficiency.</p> |
