<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the processing performance of an encrypted query in a database with a partially encrypted column. <P>SOLUTION: This query processing system modulates a query of a requesting user based on an unencrypted database structure to a query of an encrypted database structure about a database management system (DBMS) 100 for managing a database 110 with a partially encrypted column, and the DBMS processes the query.
