PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink whose production is easy at low-cost and has high production efficiency, the heat sink excelling in heat liberation and decreasing electromagnetic noise release. SOLUTION: The heat sink has: two or more heat radiating fins 2a to 2h that are individually prepared by processing metal plates; a heat transmission substrate 3 that comes in contact with a heating element 6; and adhesion layers 5a to 5d set between the heat radiating fins and heat transmission substrate to join them with an adhesive, wherein the adhesion layers are electrically insulating and highly thermally conductive.
