PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a reactor such that a reactor core and a housing are hard to peel from each other against repetitive vibrations and a heat cycle accompanying driving of the reactor. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the reactor including at least a first process of storing and fixing the reactor core 2 having a coil 3 in a housing 1 and a second process of impregnating the inside of the housing 1 with a silicone resin and curing it, at least the reactor 2 is preheated prior to the first process.
