PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exhaust heat inside an apparatus to the outside of an apparatus, and hereby, to suppress temperature rise of an image sensor. SOLUTION: A digital camera 1 includes: the image sensor 8 which images an image of an object; a casing 2 in which a ventilation hole 6 for connecting an arrangement space of the image sensor 8 and the outside is formed; a fixing member 9 for fixing the image sensor 8 inside the casing 2; and a lens unit 5 which forms an optical image of the object on the light receiving surface of the image sensor 8. The lens unit 5 includes: a fixed lens 5a, a lens frame 5d which holds the fixed lens 5a; a movable lens 5b; and a movable lens frame 5c which holds the movable lens 5b. The movable lens 5b moves in the optical axis direction with the movable lens frame 5c inside the lens frame 5d, pressurizes or depressurizes the arrangement space of the image sensor 8 and thus, forcibly ventilates the arrangement space and the outside through the ventilation hole 6.
