PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix substrate having a reduced area required for components of a drive circuit and thus an increased proportion of the area that can be used effectively in each pixel. SOLUTION: The active matrix substrate includes a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix form.
