PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbiological analysis system of a support that provides more excellent performance and has a convenient and economical device. SOLUTION: The system for microbiological analysis of a support includes a plurality of spraying devices 7, a reader 49 of an item of identification 74 of a device, an actuator 47 of that device comprising a moveable unit 61 and a drive motor of the moveable unit 61, a control unit connected to the actuator 47 and to the reader 49. The control unit is adapted to command the actuator 47 in order to move the moveable unit 61 towards the device 7 at a predetermined speed and to record a parameter representing the position of the moveable unit 61 in a memory 171 when the force exerted by the motor exceeds a predetermined threshold then to command the motor 64 in order to move the moveable unit 61 away from the device 7.
