PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the optimum display form in accordance with use by switching flexibly correspondence between a displacement sensor and a display shaft. SOLUTION: In this counter display device 100 having a signal processing part 104 for processing output values from displacement sensors 102a, 102b, an internal counter part 130 for counting output values from the signal processing part 104, and a display 146 for displaying a value counted by the internal counter part 130 on display shafts 148a, 148b, the number of the internal counters 136-142 constituting the internal counter part 130 is larger than the number of the display shafts 148a, 148b, and a display selector 144 is provided, for selecting the same or smaller number of internal counters 136, 138 (140, 142) as the display shafts, and displaying a value counted by selected internal counters at least on a part of the display shafts 148a, 148b.
