PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument support stand having a high mechanical strength, and capable of supporting an electronic device at an arbitrary position and angle of a user by a plurality of movable parts. SOLUTION: The instrument support stand 1 comprises a base 11 fixed on the instrument to be mounted; a first support shaft 10 erecting from the base, second support shafts 20, 25 connected to the first support shaft via a first movable part OP1, a third support shaft 50 disposed at a place away from the first support shaft, fourth support shafts 40, 45 connected to the third support shaft via a second movable part OP2; first and second coupling members 30, 35 connected to the second and fourth support shafts via third and fourth movable parts OP3, OP4, an instrument fixing member 60 connected to one end of the third support shaft via a fifth movable part OP5 rotating in the same direction as the second movable part, a first adjusting/coupling means for regulating or allowing rotation of the first-fourth movable parts, and a second adjusting/coupling means for regulating or allowing the rotation of the fifth movable part.
