PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control board housing box for a game machine which includes a locking device having coupled locking members and is reused by being uncoupled into the members without partial destruction of the locking device, and to provide a game machine including the control board housing box. SOLUTION: In the locking device 11, one and the other locking members 13 and 15 fixedly hold joint portions (one and the other mounting portion) 21 and 35 between a case 7 and a cover 9, locking portions 89a and 89b are locked to locked portions 117a and 117b to lock a coupling portion 17 and a coupled portion 18, the joint portions 21 and 35 are cut, the one and the other locking members 13 and 15 are turned relative to each other, the locking portions 89a and 89b are removed from the locked portions 117a and 117b, and an unlocking portion 77 is made to face the locked portions 117a and 117b, and therefore the locking is released.
