PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having excellent flaw resistance in addition to slip preventability and contamination resistance. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the decorative sheet having a surface protective layer 5 comprising polymer beads 6 on the outermost surface, wherein: (1) each polymer bead 6 requires force of >10 MPa for compressing the volume of the bead by 10%; (2) the average particle diameter of the polymer beads 6 is 1 to 200 μm; and (3) the relation between the average particle diameter (ϕ) of the polymer beads 6 and the thickness (D) of the surface protective layer 5 satisfies D≤ϕ≤3D.
