A light box 2 for back-lighting a product, which light box 2 comprises a body portion 4, a light source 6 which is in the body portion 4 and which provides the light, such as a light emitting diode, for the back-lighting without generating substantial heat, a primary light diffuser 8 which is in the body portion 4 and which diffuses light from the light source 6, reflector means 10 which is in the body portion 4 and which reflects light from the light source 6, a lid 14 which closes the body portion 4, a secondary light diffuser 16 on the lid 14 for defusing light from the light source 6, and mounting means 18 for mounting the light box 2. |
