<p>The device has a locking unit for locking a rotational power output shaft (A4) by engaging a shifting gear in each of shifting mechanisms of two of rotational mechanisms (C1, I1, I3, I5, S1, O1, O3, O5, S3, C2, I2, I4, I6, S2, O2, O4, O6, MR, OR, S4). The locking unit locks by engaging each of clutches (C1, C2) of the rotational mechanisms having a shifting gear engaged by the locking unit. The locking unit engages shifting gears and clutches, accordingly gears whose gear ratios are different from each other are coupled via the clutches, thus the gear cannot rotate in the rotational mechanism, and as a result, the rotational power output shaft cannot rotate.</p> |
