<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse burner which is linked with saving of an amount of liquid used such as an oil or consumption of gas and can be expected to achieve energy saving. <P>SOLUTION: In a fryer 1, a heat exchanging portion 7a of a tail pipe 7 of the pulse burner 4 for heating oil in an oil tank 3 is bent and formed on a substantially horizontal plane, and a rear side portion 3a of the oil tank 3 is formed substantially horizontally so as close to an under surface of the heat exchanging portion 7a of the tail pipe 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
