PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and compact disk driving device by simplifying a configuration for loading a disk on a turntable along a surface direction. SOLUTION: The disk driving device is provided with an outer frame 100 having a disk insertion port 101, left and right arms 400 and 401, and a spring 410. The left and right arms 400 and 401 rotated along the outer peripheral part of an optical disk 102 to hold the outer peripheral part according to the position of the optical disk 102 inserted from the disk insertion port 101.
