A pipe joint device using a packing is provided to prevent the fluid from being flowed out with the flowing of a pipe as the elastic force works on the traverse direction with a buffer spring. A pipe joint device using a packing comprises: an elastic packing(130) of band shape covering the external diameter of a joint part connected to a pipe(100); and a pair of clamps(150-1,150-2) surrounding the outer circumference of the elastic packing and pressing the joint part. The elastic packing has a connecting part at both end points. The connecting part includes: a union projection protruded in one end of the elastic packing; and a joint groove having the shape corresponding to the union projection, formed in the other end of the elastic packing.
