<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer solution forming a conductive coating film which is superior in transparency and suitable as a transparent electrode of an electrode sheet for a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive polymer solution contains aπconjugated system conductive polymer, poly anion, conductive carbon black, and a solvent, and the content of the conductive carbon black is 0.01-10 mass% when the total of theπconjugated system conductive polymer and poly anion is made 100 mass%.
