PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of plastic thin film, in which through-holes are formed, and at the same time, remaining films are separated and removed from a material thin film, and the separated remaining films are simultaneously are treated. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a plastic thin film provided with a plurality of through-holes penetrating the thin film in the thickness direction comprises: a heating process (S1) of heating the material thin film up to at least the plastic deformable temperature of the material thin film; a primary pressing process (S2) of pressing the heated material thin film between a pressing mold which forms the through-holes and the opposite mold part to force the pressing mold into the material thin film; a cooling process (S3) of cooling the material thin film into which the pressing mold is forced, up to a temperature, at which the plastic deformation caused by the pressing mold is restricted, or less; an intermediate releasing process (S4) of separating the material thin film into which the pressing mold is forced from the opposite mold part; and a secondary pressing process (S6) of re-pressing the material thin film between the pressing mold and a deformable opposite substrate and, thereby, separating remaining films remaining between tip parts of the pressing mold and the opposite substrate.
