PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact optical reflection element in which a predetermined rocking motion is obtained by giving a small driving voltage to a piezoelectric vibration plate in a dual axis optical reflection element. SOLUTION: The optical reflection element comprises: a first frame body 14 having a recessed part 13; first actuator parts 16A and 16B; a second frame body 17; second actuator parts 19A and 19B; and an optical reflection part 20, wherein the first actuator parts 16A and 16B have at least first piezoelectric vibration parts 21A and 21B in the longitudinal direction, the second actuator parts 19A and 19B have at least second piezoelectric vibration parts 26A and 26B in the longitudinal direction, and the driving shaft of the first actuator parts 16A and 16B and the driving shaft of the second actuator parts 19A and 19B perpendicularly intersect with each other.
