PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-revitalizing cosmetic for alleviating or eliminating skin problems such as dry skin, wrinkles, and age spots, containing a skin-revitalizing agent at high concentration. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises a skin-revitalizing agent selected from the group consisting of an aloe essence, a placenta essence, a hydrolyzed elastin, a hydrolyzed collagen and sodium hyaluronate. The skin-revitalizing agent cosmetic is prepared by nanosizing the skin-revitalizing agent and then compounding the nanosized agent. The ratio of the skin-revitalizing agent is >1 wt.% and ≤10 wt.%.
