PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet piece laminating device for laminating on a given mount with edges of labels aligned and a laminating method. SOLUTION: A belt-like peeling substrate B stuck with the labels L is stretched over a peeling plate 18, and the labels L peeled off at the tip position of the peeling plate 18 are laminated on the mount P set on a receiving table 45 of a mount holding means 13. The peeling plate 18 is provided forwarding to the upper position of the the receiving table 45. On the receiving table 45, the lead tip part of the label L protruded from the tip of the peeling plate 18 is set to be pressed by a pressing member 48, and when the peeling plate 18 retreats in a pressing state, the label L is laminated on the mount P while being peeled off from the peeling substrate B.
