UNIFORM SERVICE ACCESS SYSTEM AND ACCESS METHOD

A uniform service access system is provided, including: service providing unit; PARLAY state machine, used to startup the application service of the service providing unit according to service request information and generate call control information according to the application service information; PARLAY adapter, used to realize the transformation of the information transmission formats between the PARLAY state machine and the network state machine; network state machine, used to send the uplink call generating service request information to the PARLAY adapter and send the downlink call control information to the network protocol adapter; network protocol adapter, used to realize the transformation of the information transmission formats between the network state machine and the service exchange device; service exchange device, used to startup the application service according to the terminal call and control the call according to the call control information from the network protocol adapter. An access method is also provided. The solution can realize an intelligent service supporting different network access.
