<p>The elastic cap includes a cap body (1), a cap bill (2) joined to the cap body (1), a sweatband (3) secured to a lower periphery of the cap body (1), and a strip of core (7) wrapped by the sweatband (3). The sweatband (3) is constructed with a stretchable material. The strip of core (7) is constructed with a non-stretchable material having a liquid absorbent or liquid draining property. The strip of core extends over a forward portion of the sweatband (3) adjacent to the cap bill (2), but does not extend in a rear portion of the sweatband (3) which is remote from the cap bill(2).</p> |
