<p>An oil-filled heater comprises a radiating body (1), an electric cabinet (4), a heating unit (5) inserted into the radiating body (1), a fixing member (9) that fixes the heating unit (5) to the radiating body (1) and a sealing cap assembly. The sealing cap assembly comprises a sealing cap (3) and a transition connector (2). Two sidewalls of the transition connector (2) extend out transversely from the open end individually in order to form two tongue pieces (2.1). The sealing cap (3) has a cylinder main body (3.1), the bottom of the sealing cap (3) is enclosed and the top is open, the sidewall of the sealing cap (3) extends out radially fromthe open top in order to form a flange (3.2). The transition connector (2) is installed inside the sealing cap (3), the open end of the transition connector (2) faces to the enclosed bottom of the sealing cap (3) and the tongue pieces (2.1) of the transition connector (2) abut against the bottom surface of the sealing cap (3). Consequently, the transition connector (2) is fixed on the sealing cap (3) by mean of welding the tongue pieces (2.1) onto the bottom of the sealing cap (3).</p> |
