<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently analyze the high-frequency side and the low-frequency side of an audio signal. <P>SOLUTION: An audio signal analyzer 10 is composed of a high-pass filter (HPF) 11 for extracting a high-frequency signal among input audio signals, a low-pass filter (LPF) 12 for extracting a low-frequency signal of the input audio signals, a high-frequency processing part 13 for analyzing a musical pitch by a STFT technique with the extracted high-frequency signal as a processing object, a low-frequency processing part 14 for analyzing the musical pitch by an octave dividing technique with the extracted low-frequency signal as a processing object, and a synthesizing part 15 for combining a result of a musical pitch analysis by the high-frequency processing part 13 with a result of a musical pitch analysis by the low-frequency processing part 14.
