<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output conductor bus bar structure that can suppress the increase in size and degradation in assemblability and can further transmit larger power, and to provide a power conversion device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The bus bar structure includes multiple conductor plates and band-shaped insulating sheet members. Predetermined planar areas of the sheet members within an identical plane are sandwiched between the conductor plates; and the other planar areas different from the predetermined planar areas are exposed to the outside. A protruded portion is formed on at least one side face of the conductor plates and a bent portion is formed in the exposed surfaces of the sheet members so that the protruded portion is positioned inside the bent portion.
