PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film peeling mechanism used for peeling and removing a film on a plate member from the plate member. SOLUTION: This film peeling mechanism is provided with support means 300 and a film peeling means 500. The support means 300 are arranged at the side of the plate member 200 the film for supporting the plate member 200. The film peeling means 500 is provided with a master winding roller 510 and a slave heating roller 530. The master winding roller 510 is arranged at the same side as that of the film on the plate member 200 in order to be moved along the plate member 200 and also mainly rotated.
