<p>A security light is provided to reduce a manpower for a remote control by automatically turning on or off the light based on the geographical position information of a GPS(Global Positioning System). A security light includes a GPS receiving module(203), a data memory(205), a turn-on/turn-off driver(209), a power stabilizing module(207), and a system operating module(201). The GPS receiving module performs the demodulation for a geographic coordinate signal received from a plurality of satellites. The data memory stores the visual information about sunrise and sunset for the latitude and longitude. The turn-on/turn-off driver switches the turn-on/turn-off of the security light. The power stabilizing module stabilizes the power to the rated voltage and current. A system operation module provides the turn-on/turn-off control command to the turn-on/turn-off driver.</p> |
