PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad which is effective for suppressing the dissipation of an aromatic VOC such as styrene as well as aldehydes. SOLUTION: The pad is composed of a soft polyurethane foam produced by the expansion molding of a polyurethane foam raw material containing a polyol and an isocyanate as main components. The polyol is a polyether polyol, and the polyurethane raw material contains a catcher agent to capture the volatile organic compounds and an inorganic filler having been subjected to an organizing treatment. The dissipation of styrene can be suppressed by using a polyether polyol without using a polymer polyol which is a styrene generation source, and the lowering of the foam property caused thereby can be improved by the compounding of the organized inorganic filler. The compounding of the organized inorganic filler reduces the amount of the soft polyurethane foam by the thinning of the pad and achieves further reduction of the VOC generation.
