A securing element (7) is positioned on the supporting element (5) in such a manner that they interact with the upper horizontal shell surface of the supporting element (5) to give a bearing surface for the bar (9). An eccentric (13) is arranged inside the supporting element shell (5) and is supported on a screw head (12) of the fastening mechanism (6) via its aperture. The shank of the screw at the same time extends upward through an opening in the supporting element (5) and an opening in the securing element (7) and is fastened to the bar (9). The eccentric (13) has an outward extending actuation lever (14) for fastening and/or releasing the connection of the fastening mechanism (6) to the bar (9).
