<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action instruction information managing device, a portable information terminal device, an action instruction information managing system, an action instruction information management method, an action instruction method, and a program, capable of grasping user's state of health, user's present location and movement speed, and the like, in real time, and instructing a user about what actions to take for promoting health, in real time, according to the user's state of health. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention creates map information on the periphery of a user, based on the user information containing at least location information transmitted from the portable information terminal device; predicts the user's action based on the user's biological information transmitted from the portable information terminal device, in combination with the map information; determines the user's present action, based on the user information, and when a comparison of the user's determined action and the predicted action prediction information shows the differences between them; and transmits the action instruction information to the portable information terminal device based on the action prediction information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
