PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device easily and quickly operated by hand in the field or on the site of a manufacturing process and efficiently and accurately carrying out an ultrasonic inspection of an inspection object, and to provide an ultrasonic probe device and an ultrasonic inspection method.

SOLUTION: The ultrasonic inspection device 10 includes the ultrasonic probe device 12 having an ultrasonic transducer 25; a drive element selecting section 18 selecting a piezoelectric oscillator 26 required by the ultrasonic transducer 25; a signal detecting circuit 19 detecting an electric signal of an ultrasonic reflected echo which is oscillated by the selected piezoelectric oscillator 26; a signal processing section 20 generating image information on the inner portion of the inspection object 14 by the detected reflected echo; a second display device 36 combining a plurality of image information acquired from the signal processing section 20 and displaying an integrated image result; and a second input device 37 performing an operation input such as an instruction input to start or terminate an inspection or an inspection condition setting input.
