<p>The invention relates to a process for obtaining salicyloxyacetanilides with anaesthetic and antifibrillating properties. According to the invention, the process consists in condensing chloroacetanilides, differently substituted on the benzene nucleus, with a sodium salt of the salicylic acid, in a polar solvent, represented by hexamethylphosphortriamide (HMPA), a mixture of HMPA and ethanol, or dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), under the influence of microwaves, followed by precipitation, washing with distilled water and purification by recrystallization from ethyl acetate of the reaction products.</p> |
